The Brief

Cute Things Commin’ is a small business popular on TikTok. The brand offers unique designs that change weekly. They cater to women 20-28 looking to standout.

User Persona

The target audience is skeptical and worried about their safety online. Their main interest is cost and quality.

Journey Map

Pain points are clear to see and solutions can start to be formed.

Information attained by conducting moderated remote testing with a micro influencer.

KPI

SEO

Helps with leads generated and moves us up on Google.

Customer retention

Tracking retention to see how we can reward our long term customers like Hermes.

Search and Usage

Making it easier for our users to find what they want will increase our sales and retention.

Adding ratings will help build trust

Information like “Jewelry Care” and “Shipping and Returns” is available right at the moment the user requires it, satisfying the help and documentation heuristic.

The target audience has issues with security and trust. Showing the lock at checkout eases the users fears.

To avoid mistakes during checkout, the nav has been removed.

To help with retention adding incentive for providing an email has been added.

Adding another way to opt into special offers via email will help with retention.

System visibility shows that the payment went through and the cart is now empty.

Purchase is complete the nav reappears.
